Created on-boarding and exit interview surveys to gain better insights on employee satisfaction and firm’s strengths and weaknesses. Maintained database information using Bullhorn software. Supported the sales team in marketing value-added solutions using a professional consultative/solutions selling approach. Improved brand awareness and event presence with effective booth layout and promotional items. Increased attendance at company events by 27% with consistent and effective messaging and marketing.
