Life Style Staffing is a comprehensive Staffing Service, providing human resources solutions to businesses and industries throughout the United States. (www.lifestylestaffing.com) Engaged with clients directly on a weekly basis to discuss candidate flow and business needs. Reviewed employment applications and interviewed applicants to evaluate work history, skills, education, and training, job skills, compensation needs, and other qualifications. Sourced active and passive candidates using internal database, job boards, career fairs, social media, networking, and professional organizations. Assisted branch in managing Associate Benefits, Workers Compensation, Unemployment and Associate Payroll. Worked with the Sales team to negotiate mark-up percentages, bill rates, and permanent placement fees.
