Daily Duties at Milwaukee Public Library:
Supervised a library circulation staff of 4 employees. Trained new employees on workplace procedures and job duties. Evaluated the performance of staff on a yearly basis and new employees on a monthly basis. Answered reference questions and responded to patron problems and requests. Compiled statistics for branch monthly reports. Conducted regular staff meetings and maintained excellent communication with staff members. Acted as contact person for the library IT department and used troubleshooting skills to solve basic computer problems.
