Daily Duties at Net Source Communications, Inc.:
Installed and maintained network hardware (modems, terminal servers, ISDN servers, routers) and operating systems (UnixWare, Linux, Windows NT) to establish reliable Internet access for business customers and individual subscribers. Created and maintained customer accounts on UNIX servers to provide Internet access and host customer websites. Developed procedures for creating virtual domains on UNIX servers to provide lower cost alternative. Resolved network access and utilization issues for over 400 customers.
