Daily Duties at Cbeyond:

 Serve as Region Field Technician; managed analysis/resolutions of customer (escalated/presidential) network concerns (MPLS/SIP/WAN/Voip/Cisco 2420/2431 routers).  Manage and maintain NOC, Vendor and Customer tickets to ensure efficient customer support is provided on a 24x7 basis (updates/closures).  Designed cost effective methods to service customer’s internal/external communications and collaboration needs.  Manage and Train Regions (Certified Technicians); trouble-shooting customer’s (MPLS/SIP/WAN/VoIP) concerns as well Cbeyond Regional Office internal communications interface needs (Cisco/Nortel).  Coordinate customer’s site facilitation requirements (Vendor Meets-LEC/IXC/Certified Vendors/CAD drawings/Installations/Terminations-NID/MDF/IDF/XCON/extensions DS0-DS3/repair/maintenace).  Provided Technical Support to Mobile Network Operations Group (CDMA/UDP/IMCP)Implementation, installation, repair and maintenance.  Customer Support of (Microsoft Exchange Server 03/Windows 00,03/Vista/eMAC OS 9, OS X).
