Daily Duties at Ibm / Lenovo:

•Provided production support of commercial data, including validation of data deliverables to ensure Business Rules, and research of inquiries, defects, and problems. •Strategize and researched of customers database for upcoming marketing tactics (Direct Mailings, email ads, OTM and sales). •Extracted data in multiple formats and conducting analysis using Excel, Brio, Business Objects and database querying other tools. •Supported the Public Sector Industry as well as Business Partner data strategy, campaigns and analysis. Built campaigns in order to track tactics responses, revenue and orders. •Experienced in multiple database structures in Db2 and Access for data mining •Accomplished Quarterly Reviews -Researching and tracking tactic results and producing data summaries -Working with Agency and other counterparts to complete the presentation on time -Learning what worked and what didn’t to include in future tactics •Strategize and collaborate with Database Manager, on direct marketing strategies, implementation, analysis, lists, and other initiatives that use the marketing database to meet program and revenue goals. •Worked with Campaign/Program Managers to discuss the best strategy on contact list and back end tracking for each tactic. •Used proprietary mainframe CRM technology to access to analyze member data is proficient in relational database access, campaign management, and analytical tools. •Business Objects Universe was set up mirroring customer database. Allowing for reporting and reviewing data metrics for Marketing and Sales teams. •Used Business Objects for running ad hoc reports. Researching sales of ThinkPad’s and other IBM/Lenovo brand products on weekly and monthly basis. •Communicated with outside list vendors to select cold acquisition contact list. •Import and export data in various formats for data manipulation in Access, Business Objects and Db2 databases.
