•Worked on AT&T Field Marketing department producing analysis, reporting and various data functions. •Converted and migrated data for individual team databases into new versions in Access. Updated Loss Control Db and Plus Penetration Db to run properly from Legacy to iGEN data. •Applied metrics to monitor performance and measure key project criteria within the AT&T region. Imported and exported of data in multiple formats to analyze. •Create accurate and meaningful reports for departmental and management decision-making using Access, Insight Microstrategy, Excel, Crystal Reports and other reporting tools as necessary. •Managed the process cycle of the Loss Control database. This involved importing current Saadex file (Sales, Ad and executable file) to help project company loss within AT&T area. Ran macros and multiple queries to build and analyze reports. •Researched and developed new solutions to meet the data integration needs for the company’s clients. •Monitored performance and analyses statistics to identify and resolve system infrastructure problems. Preformed Net Meetings with Office Admin sales reps to correct or update changes with linked databases. The loss forms they entered were linked to the Loss Control Db. •Produced weekly data analysis and reports on changing customer advertising in Illinois. •Documented interface, conversion, extraction and import specifications and standard operating procedures for the department.
