Project Manager reporting to Sr. Director of Infrastructure responsible for the virtualization of Windows workstations to facilitate offshore development. • Assumed high visibility Windows project that was behind schedule and over budget. My direction successfully delivered project by business critical deadline. • Directed three key RFP’s coordinating 23 vendor proposals that represented the acquisition of $20,000,000 of software and services including Help Desk outsourcing and Network Operations. • Led and managed cross-functional teams within the world’s largest retail corporation. • Developed a formal mentoring program to build project management expertise within the organization.
