Control a $25,000,000 capital budget and direct a staff of 36. Support application development teams and special initiatives. Ensure SOX (Sarbanes-Oxley Act) and PCI-DSS (payment card industry) compliance.  Saved $6,000,000 in yearly expenses and improved reliability for ATS, a $2,000,000,000 company with 945 units, 3 domestic offices, 2 international offices and a manufacturing site in the Far East. (2008-2009) - Reorganized the IT department and reduced staff by 8%; consolidated 6 data centers into 2 and moved from localized storage to enterprise SAN. - Renegotiated vendor agreements and cut costs by 70%; developed cloud partnerships with Google and Microsoft to supply email and file services. - Standardized mobile communication policy and reduced costs by 30%. - Successfully migrated FICO and human resources systems to SAP in 9 months and completed 15% under budget, earning management acknowledgement for superior performance under challenging conditions. - Replaced the corporate intranet with MS SharePoint services for external vendors, suppliers, and partners; enabled cold site disaster recovery.
