Daily Duties at Able Tire Disposal:
Responsible for the ongoing daily operations of all locations in Texas and Oklahoma. Successfully implemented the paperless manifesting system in Texas. Successfully took each division office from and EBITDA of less than 10% of gross Revenue to 21% Strategic planning, budgeting and implementation of improved processing models at each location Responsible for the evaluation, recommendation and implementation of system enhancement and policy and procedure enhancements to reduce expenses while increasing profitability. Responsible for the evaluation of all staff at each location and ensuring all team members have the tools necessary to accomplish their daily tasks.
