Managed portfolio of distressed commercial equipment leases and associated trade receivable valued in excess of one million dollars. Negotiated settlements, pursued legal remedies, provided analysis and supporting documentation of lease terms and conditions, account histories, and situational narratives to assist in litigation and negotiation of settlements. Managed bankruptcy cases. Credit approval authority for trade receivables on delinquent accounts. Progress reporting on individual successes and progress in resolving delinquent accounts. Authority to propose write-offs on severely delinquent accounts. Managed work of third-party service providers in attempting to resolve delinquent accounts.
