Managed day to day operation of department of ten professional litigation and recovery specialists. Portfolio management for multi-million dollar portfolio of distressed commercial equipment leases and associated trade receivables for consumable supplies. Credit review and authorization authority for distressed accounts. Portfolio review and work-out authority for negotiating settlement and write-offs of delinquent accounts. Interaction with third-party service providers such as legal counsel and collection agencies. Performance management for staff and third-party service providers. Review of legal expenses and approval of invoices, management reporting and analysis of departmental successes on an ongoing basis.
