Managed relationships with construction contractors to ensure compliance with long term construction contracts. Designed a risk-based process for reviewing expenditures related to construction for electric distribution infrastructure. Utilized Oracle Accounts Payable and Automated Contractor Reporting System to review and analyze expenses and provide ad hoc reporting support to front line and senior management. Heavy use of Excel data extraction and manipulation capabilities including pivot tables and look ups. Maintained documentation concerning historical billings and payments and worked to resolve high volume of discrepancies of historical billings and payments.
