• Involved in planning and coordinating of large-scale US wide marketing initiatives, including site layout development. Collaborated with Operations and Asset Management on development and piloting of key programs. Coordinated and developed CPG plans with Category Managers. • Launched 61 Café 2.0 site resets during 2-month period and coordinated shop resets in fall quarter which increased sales 4%. • Rollout of 2007 Master Store Category Refresh Program, at 352 sites. Resulted in 8% sales lift. • Reduced equipment expenses, resulting in savings of $20,000.
