Assisted in the program evaluation of a federally-funded National Science Foundation (NSF) GK-12 grant program. •Qualitative Data Analysis: Assist in determining the general strategic themes of qualitative inquiry for the evaluation pertaining to design strategies, data collection options, and analysis approaches. Assist in development of an interview protocol and conducted open-ended interviewing to obtain qualitative data. •Content Analysis: Develop and administer online surveys to obtain qualitative and quantitative data for content analysis. Perform content analysis of 9 years of raw journal data utilizing a developed coding schematic of major themes and categories utilizing NVivo 8. •Program Evaluation Reports: Prepare written, annal program reports on status of program implementation to program NSF Principal Investigator. •Content Analysis Team Management: Manage an in-house team of 5 content analysis qualitative data coders. Obtained team conformance with a Cohen's kappa for substantial agreement to almost perfect agreement for inter-rater agreement utilizing the qualitative data coding scheme.
