Daily Duties at The Home Depot, Inc.:

•Environmental Regulatory Compliance Agency Responses – U.S.: Prepare written, technical responses to federal, state or local regulator requests for environmental regulatory compliance matters through code applicability analysis and internal program compliance assessment for alleged violations due to inspections, program informational requests, annual reports, regulatory form submissions, Notice To Comply/Notice of Violation/Cease and Desist Orders, Consent Orders, and spill release notifications. •Business Partner Development – U.S.: Assist internal business partners with environmental compliance for non-specific platform one-off business matters. •SR/WM Plans – Texas: Performed technical lead review of SR/WM Plans, SR/WM Program Development for various retail store platforms and Distribution Centers to be in compliance with TAC §335.474 associated with various retail store platforms and Distribution Center operations and activities. •SWPP Plans – U.S.: Performed technical lead review of SWPP Plans, SWPP Program Development, training programs for general associate awareness, the designated SWPP Team, and Train-the-Trainer for Distribution Centers to be in compliance with the National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) and state-specific PDES programs associated with Distribution Center operations and activities. •Environmental Program Gap Analysis – U.S.: Identify environmental regulatory compliance program gaps in existing environmental programs and proposed environmental programs through review of business operations and processes by providing an assessment and analysis of the regulatory compliance requirements through code applicability analysis; impact on business processes and operations; and providing cost-effective solutions to ensure compliance. •Technical Environmental Regulatory Compliance Support – U.S.: Provide technical environmental regulatory compliance support for federal, state or local environmental regulatory compliance matters to internal group team members, internal The Home Depot business partners, and Asset Protection Field Support partners. •Environmental Programs Reviews – U.S.: Performed technical review of existing environmental program technical documentation to ensure compliance with federal, state or local environmental regulatory requirements. •Environmental Programs Training – U.S.: Presented at quarterly Environmental Programs and Regulatory Compliance training segment for District Asset Protection Managers (DAPM) pertaining to Environmental Programs and environmental regulatory compliance. • Consultant Management – U.S.: Manage in-house environmental consultants with project assignments by providing internal program technical support, environmental regulatory compliance support, technical reviews and time management. Manage external environmental consultants with project assignments through technical scope reviews, internal information acquisition support, and project completion timelines.
