Daily Duties at Bank Of America:
Designed an innovative and transformational speed-to-productivity strategy for all lines of business within the Global Corporate and Investment Bank (over 55,000 worldwide associates) - Ensure that learning enables the business to capitalize on investment in human resources - Key decision maker in the implementation of a learning management system (known internally as the Associate Learning Portal) as well as new work force management systems - Integrate new ERP/HRIS systems into Global Corporate and Investment Bank learning, tracking, reporting, and measurement processes - Lead the creation of dynamic, individualized learning paths for key positions utilizing the learning management system as the technical backbone for the effort - Direct teams in the development of content and technology solutions to address competency gaps - Select, approve, and manage vendors – manage large scale budgets in support of multiple initiatives - Employ the use of Six Sigma techniques to measure, report, and ensure success
