Responsible for class of trade 05 customers, regarding unpaid balances,resoluyion of charge back deductions,outstanding invoices,various charge back issues and a varirty of existing issues Negotiate payment arrangemennts with problem accounts Provided department management with account analysis reports Processed new accounts Developed positive relationships with all Aventis customers
