Assigned to handled commerical claims arising out of an air borne illness to many resort hotel guests. Resloved many of the claims by offering a compensation package for guests to return. Monitored the Class Action Suit brought against the property until individual claims were resolved. Class Action suit was then turned over to the Hotel's Risk Management Department
