Handled both Construction Defect Claims for accounts recently out of BK. Assigned new commerical claims which was in Litigation. Worked with Defense Attorneys to develope a Plan of Action to bring files to conclusion, if so merited or attend Mandatory Settlement Conferences; Arbitration or Mediations and particpate in oral debate.
