Daily Duties at California Natural Products:
Recruited to drive enhancements in operational performance through implementation of more efficient production and scheduling processes. Coordinate supply chains for 3 business centers including procurement, operations, and inventory. Supervise 36 employees on 24-hour shifts in manufacturing plant environment, training them in the utilization of standard operating procedures (SOPs).
