Daily Duties at Well Path:
Managed annual health insurance renewal process for small group and several large group accounts in Charlotte and surrounding counties. Close interaction with Underwriting team to ensure fair and equitable renewals including analysis of competitive data from other insurance carriers. Aggressively built and fostered collaborative relationships with all individuals associated with client base including brokers, consultants, senior management, plan administrators and other key members of client organizations. Book of business consisted of 350+ companies with over 5,500 employees, generating $25.6m in annual revenues.
