Daily Duties at Toyota:

• Installation of a Compressed air dryer (CAD), reverse osmosis (RO) water filtration system, centrifugal separator, exhaust fans installation in the paint shop, boiler installation. • Introduced new air curtain technology to maintain the inside temperature of the assembly shop during the winter. The assembly shop has many rapid roll doors that are necessary for new parts to constantly enter into the plant. However this caused greater temperature fluctuation. Allotted $300,000 to install air curtain on all the most frequently used rapid roll doors. • During my last rotation: Participated in Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) classes and projects for industrial air compressors. Recorded and Organized all the maintenance information for the air compressors acquired through meetings with team members.

What they like about Toyota:

Working in an organization that is technologically advanced, creative, and innovative is critical in your assessment of hiring companies. Less important to you are stability of the organization, the length of time an organization has been in business, and the business' plans for the future. You prefer a fast-moving company that will take risks to achieve its goals and objectives. The length of time the company has been in business is irrelevant. Maintaining status quo is unnecessary. You thrive on change, uncertainty and the upside of potential business risks, especially those associated with innovation. Stability for the long haul is not nearly as important as is working in an atmosphere that is charged with a sense of urgency and constant change.
