Daily Duties at Aaron's Corporate Furnishings:
Full responsibility for 7 stores, including P&L, inventory, sales and collection. With the help of manufacturers sales members, training classes were conducted throughout the country in-group settings and individually. Wrote over 15 sales, product and company procedural training classes. Developed the training class, “Consultative Sales Approach”, which focused on achieving better relationships with potential clients. Key player in organizing, presenting and facilitating functions during national meetings. Developed and managed Customer and Vendor Survey programs. Complete responsibility for leading a staff of 15 along with full P&L responsibility. Directed all sales, operations, inventory and collections activities.
