Daily Duties at Pacific Whale Foundation:
Coordinated the planning and development of outreach programs for this non-profit marine research and educational foundation. Included but not limited to: Created and presented public information programs on Maui concerning the protection of whales and dolphins throughout the north and south pacific; Served as primary spokesperson and interfaced with media; Created and produced promotional brochures and publications; Developed and produced fundraising projects and special events; Responsible for hiring and training staff of 10; Developed merchandising and retail operations; Coordinated volunteer staffed action programs; Implemented administrative systems and procedures; Participated in budgeting and financial planning.
