Daily Duties at Hsbc Card & Retail Services:
Managed 6 direct and 85 indirect reports as one of 5 Senior Managers for a 200+ employee site. Oversaw 3 Service Plus Teams evaluated on sales performance, average call handling time, and after call work time. Also managed the regulatory- and compliance-driven Quality Assurance Team, the Spanish-speaking Language Preference Unit, and the Operations Resource Specialist Team of 4 subject matter experts. Directed the Management Information Systems Team to monitor call volume and produce reports for forecasting and workforce scheduling, as well as performance measurement statistics. Continually lead employees to outperform all other teams in quality, sales, and production. Worked with HR to address performance and behavior problems including recommending corrective actions and termination, approving hiring decisions, and reviewing salary adjustments. Organized the peer coaching program, selecting high-performing customer service agents to mentor others who needed help.
