Daily Duties at Gsi Commerce:
Manager for 3 direct reports and 60 indirect reports for a customer care team that supported one of GSI Commerce’s major new clients. This position was responsible for partnering with our client to develop strategies that would enhance both repeat business and increase efficiency for current customers. Communicating work progress and significant issues to our client’s Director of Customer Service. Maintaining positive customer service relationships with all customers, support teams and employees. Responsible for representing our client in a positive and professional manner regardless of customer requests, complaints or demeanor. Lead by example and promoted a positive and productive atmosphere, which supported all company goals and objectives. Mentoring and coaching direct reports on a daily basis to provide valuable feedback and developing performance plans to overcome any performance difficulties. Ensuring employees have sufficient resources and training to perform the job.
