Daily Duties at Science First:
Serve as the primary representative of the Company to the International market. Building relationships with customers to understand their needs and offer sales advice as needed. This includes sending out quotations promptly, answering questions promptly, and following up with customers to ensure that the service was exceptional and the product is working up to specifications. Learning the Company’s product lines to provide technical support as needed. Identifying and establishing new dealers to accomplish new business capture. Performing complex customer service inquiries and resolving complex or difficult situations as appropriate. Assisting with other duties as required.
