Daily Duties at Jp Morgan Chase:
Direct key software / production support operations and 23 onshore / offshore team members for authorization applications (HP Tandem) and card management (IBM Mainframe); manage high volume of projects. Develop and implement strategies to maximize functionality, reliability, alignment with corporate / regulatory requirements, and customer satisfaction. Identify and capitalize on cost containment opportunities. Oversee internal / external audits (such as SOX, SAS70, and OCC). Monitor systems performance, analyze issues, and drive prompt resolutions. Generate and deploy programs for disaster recovery and business continuity, including documentation and action plans. Provide technical and release management subject matter expertise. Mentor and assess staff. Cultivate productive relationships with internal stakeholders, vendors, and contractors.
