Daily Duties at Flint Hills Resources Formerly Huntsman:
Recruited hourly/professional employees; conducted new employee orientation and assisted with the on-boarding process;provided coaching in performance matters; managed disciplinary process. Made regular work site visits to address concerns of employees as well as share the goals of the company and their roles in that process. I worked with the medical department to ensure prompt and safe return to work of all employees. I conducted investigations of compliance matters. I conducted exit interviews and managed drug/alcohol infractions to include terminations for cause. I was heavily involved in all safety initiatives onsite to include enforcement.
