Daily Duties at Sai:
Clients include an international development firm, Creative Choice Homes, specializing in land acquisitions, sales, marketing and new construction development. Varied project experience including new multi-family residential construction, oceanfront condo/hotel high-rise development and waterfront mixed-use projects. Partners include private consulting firm, Strategic Development Initiatives Inc., which specializes in both public and private projects, including CRA redevelopment, tax increment financing projections and implementation, as well as, acquisition and boutique development. Real estate experience directly managing all aspects of a full project life cycle. 2009 experience includes: General real estate to include residential short sales and rentals; Office sub-lease analysis and contract review; Area market research and analysis of large land parcels to provide exit options and recommendations for owners. Positions held on various projects: Project Manager; Associate Development Manager; Sales Manager, Marketing Associate; Special Assistant to the CEO Mac Ideas Inc. D.B.A Strategic Acquisition Initiatives Inc.
