Created cost estimates for specific projects and responsible for all aspects of system enhancements for the operational departments while implementing communication, mediation, and negotiation skills utilized on a daily basis, responsible for basic database and LAN administration duties, analyzed monthly call volume for senior leadership, provided analysis and provided direction and assistance to HRSI Merchant Base of over 600 retail merchants with over 3000 store locations, budgeted dollars for the purchase of software, maintained effective inventory control and responded to written and telephone requests for merchant’s hardware/software questions. Responded to written and telephone requests regarding customer disputes and directed and managed staff of 12 full-time employees, and oversaw preparation and processing of more than 20,000 account updates/changes each month.
