Daily Duties at Comcast Cable:
Responsible for the backend billing support of The Chicago Market supporting approximately 1million customers. This included providing operational analysis for project delivery dates, user acceptance testing, customer account updates, rate adjustments for package plans and services, creation/maintenance of marketing campaigns, maintenance of the duplicate database to mirror live data for training new hires, support of security profiles for all departments, project lead for various department initiatives, and developed and provided data analytics to support performance objectives.
