TECHNICAL PROJECT MANAGER: Environment: S/390, .NET, J2EE, WebSphere, SOAP, MQSeries, Agile, Applinx, XML, Test Director, LoadRunner • Managed and delivered two projects. • The Online Verification system was Web-based, incorporating .NET technologies and JAVA/J2EE. It provided Users with a front-end to access systems at different State agencies to verify eligibility of applicants for assistance from DHHS programs. • The Service Delivery Interface (SDI) was an XML and WebSphere based utility that was built on an Applinx platform. The SDI was designed to provide a single logon access to Mainframe systems to County Users Statewide. SDI allowed State agencies to revamp their workflows and realize significant savings in time and costs. • Defined a detailed Implementation Plan for a third CRM application. • Also participated hands-on to document Business Requirements for the application. • Identified Business Processes, Functions and Data Requirements at detailed level. • This Functional Specification later provided input to an RFP for a suitable COTS CRM package. • Recommended SEI CMM/CMMI methodology in an RFP for a Project Monitoring Vendor who would provide oversight to the COTS CRM Implementation vendor. • Used the UMT/PPM Project Portfolio Management tool to record project financials and project deliverables. The use of the tool was mandated by the office of the NC State CIO.
