Daily Duties at U.T.O.G. Two Way Radio Inc.:
Oversee Call Center staff of fifteen Telephone Reservationists. Arrange staff schedules to ensure proper coverage. Monitor positions of drivers on duty to ensure prompt pick-ups of corporate client passengers. Train operators on issues such as telephone etiquette, proper listening skills and conflict management. Resolve all escalated disputed matters to ensure proper resolution and client satisfaction. Responsible for handling all inbound messages from drivers on duty. Coordinate transportation for corporate events to ensure all passengers are driven safely to and from their destinations. Take reservations as needed to minimize waiting time for passengers needing transportation. Enforce all disciplinary measures with staff, up to and including termination of employment where necessary.
