Daily Duties at Nicor Services:
• Managed day-to-day dispatch operations for HVAC companies of Tradewinds, Dykstra and Hawthorn. • Hired, trained, supervised, and evaluated 13 FTEs across 24/7/365 operation, coaching employees and resolving conflicts. • Produced productivity reports, workload forecasting, and revenue generation reports for all field service personnel. • Analyzed data, reported on trends, and monitored workload, collaborating closely with Field Service Managers for three HVAC companies, Call Center agents, and Call Center Management. Key Contributions:  Led department in transition from five-day, M-F operation to 24/7/365 operation.  Hired and trained new dispatchers, reallocating resources to maintain daily workload.  Integrated two HVAC companies with Dispatch department, adding 75 additional technicians.
