• Facilitate business case development and funding approval process, gathering requirements for all new projects, organizing teams for project implementation, and tracking project progress from inception through funding approval. • Function as Development Support, Quality Assurance Tester for various projects. • Provide daily Oracle support across all modules as Oracle subject matter expert (SME), recreating issues in test environment and making appropriate changes to resolve problems. • Continually improve efficiencies by looking for new ways to utilize Oracle capabilities. • Identify training issues, working closely with Call Center trainers to create clear, concise instruction enterprise wide.
