Daily Duties at Fiserv:

Marketing Communications – Managed development and implementation of marketing communications plans and programs to stimulate brand awareness and grow customer base. * Developed messaging strategy and themes for online and print advertising, and direct marketing campaigns * Developed and managed marketing media redesign to support sales efforts and communicate product and service features and benefits, resulting in integrated, consistent messaging Brand Management – Consulted with and guided operating groups and business units on market positioning, strategy, brand architecture, and comprehensive integrated marketing initiatives * Developed the brand architecture for eleven business units within a vertically aligned operating group, allowing the group to leverage the corporate brand for industry messaging and promotion; while continuing to market pre-existing product level brand equity at the business unit level PR and Event Management – Recommended and managed event schedule, including industry and private/internal events, managing contracts and developing and adhering to budgets, objectives and measurements * Co-managed six-figure budget and corporate wide participation in national tradeshow program, achieving 10% growth in lead generation year over year, delivering results on time and within budget * As an invited speaker, represented products and services at national conferences and regional client meetings, developing and delivering presentations for break-out sessions, and interacting with clients and prospects * Developed integrated marketing and promotional campaigns to increase visibility and presence at national tradeshows and client user group conferences while decreasing program costs. * Facilitated multiple regional client discussion groups. Satisfaction surveys demonstrated that the clients felt the topics were timely and the content and discussion valuable. * Coordinated all PR elements of merger and acquisition “Welcome Aboard” events for CEO and Sr. Executive Management team Product Development and Management – Identified and developed new product and service opportunities * Researched, developed and launched direct marketing campaign builder product, also trained and supported sales organization in product introduction and sales efforts * Introduced national program for system compatible banking forms by partnering with multiple data centers to deliver standardized forms; designed to improve operational efficiencies and provide expense reduction * Developed various product and program launch materials to facilitate marketplace and organizational product awareness Web site Development and Management – Assembled, managed and coordinated internal and external resources to develop, design, and launch revised business unit Web site, meeting a 45 day project implementation schedule on time and within budget * Developed and managed content input process, obtaining information from functional business areas * Developed and implemented recommendations for Web site improvements and enhancements * Selected and managed vendors used for Web site development and design Employee Selection, Orientation and Training – Participated in the interview and selection process for multiple roles, contributed to employee orientation and conducted on-going employee training * Created and wrote internal newsletter focused on building employee morale and increasing knowledge of the business unit, its products and services, and the markets served. * Created and managed corporate-wide, national sales training program delivered to over 300 Sales and Account Management Executives annually * Identified training needs and managed training focused on presentation development and delivery for general sessions speakers for annual corporate wide sales meeting * Participated in interview process for key sales position candidates * Conducted new employee orientations, providing a complete corporate overview and serving as an on-going employee resource for product, company and industry information
