Daily Duties at Winstar:
Headed a 22-member team of managers, provisioning coordinators, and circuit design engineers serving as the 3rd tier escalation point for wide-ranging issues relating to customer installations. • Developed detailed trend, performance, and forecasting reports for senior management. • Coordinated provisioning activities with internal engineers, internal contractors and schedulers; collaborated with peers and determined best of breed process functions.
