Full-time professional position while completing college and starting MBA classes. Conducted ownership research, ensuring accuracy of title history and title claims going back for each purchase to 1850. Maintained consistent accuracy and completeness of records, thus ensuring company remained a first choice among area realtors and lenders. Tasked with automating database from scratch, successfully evaluating and choosing systems, overseeing data entry, testing and training staff.
