Daily Duties at Holt Title Company:

Asked by President/Owner to become second-in-charge and right hand man. Acted as President during Owner’s frequent absences. Directed all administrative aspects of business including staff management and training, advertising, business planning and budgeting, accounting and IT as well as helping President with client relationship building, community/name recognition events and large account management andretention. Managed and maintained large database of over 1M entries to dramatically speed processes, improve accuracy and cut costs. Negotiated contracts with large clients to ensure long-term retention. Created company’s first disaster plan.
