Managed Sales Engineering team consisting of sixteen Sales Engineers. Researched and negotiated contracts with various network equipment vendors and network providers in an effort to provide the customer with most cost effective and reliable solution. Participated in hiring and training of new SE’s and. Participated in multiple pre-sales and post-sales engineering meetings to qualify and determine customer’s network and hardware needs.
