Daily Duties at Touch America:
Accountable for Pre-sales Engineering support for TouchAmerica’s National Sales Division. Developed and responded to customer RFI’s and RFP’s and participated in all design customer meetings. Initiated and participated in internal technical training classes for new hires Participated in customer meetings to design networks using SONET, X.25, ATM, VOIP, VPN, and various Switch and Dedicated Voice services.
