Developed and deployed a strategic plans to increase profitability through growth by exploiting the “Hedgehog” market segment. Devised tactics to eliminate obstacles to growth. Managed process improvements for budgeting, reporting, IT, employee compensation, and the receivables and payables systems. Conducted safety and training programs. Cooperated with other managers to optimize processes across regions and alignment with company objectives, including standardized bidding, price sheets, and bid schedules. Built strong relationships with vendors and customers. Negotiated advantageous contracts. Delivered presentations to customers and senior management.
