Daily Duties at Icon Identity Solutions/Image Care Maintenance:
Managed P&L and all divisional operations. Developed and implemented strategic plans to maximize growth and revenues while optimizing business development, marketing, manufacturing, distribution, and finances. Oversaw all projects for customers, initiatives to improve service and management processes, internal controls, and the human resources function, including 8 direct reports and 1,200 subcontractors. Assessed staff / operations and spearheaded changes to bolster leadership and organizational quality. Negotiated favorable agreements with customers, vendors, and suppliers. Cultivated strong customer relationships, including site visits. Collaborated with customers to refine service offerings and decrease signage energy use. Prepared and delivered C-level presentations to senior management and prospective / existing customers.
