Borri Law Offices, New York, NY: research & writing, depositions & court appearances in corporate and commercial, asbestos defense, and product liability litigation (on call, 2004 to present) Mark R. Crosby, Attorney, New York, NY: Multiple assignments: research, writing, court appearances in numerous matters, including $5.2MM commercial action (trial & appeal), trademark, copyright, and real estate litigation. (as needed, 2000 to 2007 when Mr. Crosby closed his practice) Dewey Ballantine, LLP, New York, NY: Document review & analysis, privilege review in pharmaceutical antitrust and intellectual property litigation.
