Successfully led multi-national, multi-discipline team through transition of identified supplier’s Intellectual Property into IBM technology libraries maintaining legally mandated requirements as well as customer requests, costs and schedules. 1 Transition 2nd source IP (PHYs, HSS, Converters, PLLs) cores required by ASIC and foundry customers. 2 Customer liaison and subject matter expert providing internal leadership, experience and creative solutions.
