• Led 7 concurrent projects involved in developing needs assessments, instructional materials, supervisory guides, handouts, and job aids for 2,000 management and 28,000 trades-level personnel in implementing the then-new submarine modular construction methodology for building nuclear submarines, resulting in 15+ percent increased construction efficiencies and 8 percent reduction in time lost due to transitioning to the new methodology. • Created and guided the company’s first team of 12 interactive instruction developers using a voice-interface authoring system to design training modules for trades and management employees, as well as client courses.
