• Developed and led the computer-based training needed to transition more than 2,500 employees from a legacy mainframe customer information system to a multimillion-dollar Windows-based system, thereby reducing wait, hold and handling time for customer service, which translated into more than $3,000,000 savings in labor customer service costs. • Created the enterprise’s first electronic performance support interventions for 800+ customer service representatives. • Managed 9 multimedia learning centers throughout southern California used to deliver training to 9,000 personnel. • Led full curriculum development teams for technical, customer service, and supervisory content for 1,400 personnel.
