Daily Duties at It's About People:
• Consulting business focused on performance technology, Instructional Systems Design (ISD), project and organizational leadership, and personal development. Key clients and collaborations included: – Halliburton/Simulis – Maintained instructional project phases for real-time, dynamic simulations of oil exploration equipment within budget and negotiated timelines, meeting client performance expectations. – Warner Bros. – Established internal Management Information Systems (MIS) University with core- and certification-level business and technical curricula, including website and learning management, thereby realizing a 12 percent decrease in off-site training / travel costs. – Cisco – Participated in the development and launch of asynchronous learning interventions, now called “content on demand” (CoD) delivered to 750 management personnel to support individualized employee career path enhancement and training goals based on defined parameters for promotion.
